Article 1 — Parties

Buyer: The individual or legal entity placing an order on the site and providing billing and delivery details.

Article 2 — Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations concerning the sale and delivery of Wild Rose tattoo care balm and moisturizer ordered electronically from the Seller's website.

Article 3 — Delivery and Returns

Ordered products are delivered to the Buyer's stated address by an authorized courier within the statutory maximum of 30 days. For hygiene and health protection, cosmetic and skincare products whose protective seal or packaging has been opened are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
